Curtis and his direct and indirect crew did a superb job on our spa and pool deck renovation. Fast, efficient, courteous and thorough. Everyday from the start of the project until the end, there was something being accomplished.

All the work was top notch and at the end of the project scrap and other materials were cleaned up and we were enjoying the new pavers, screen and stone spa as soon as the pool was filled back up.

For me to recommend a company to friends and neighbors, the experience has to be near flawless. I have recommended Tropical Pools to two families interested in installing a pool and both of them went with Curtis' team and I sleep well at night.

Thank you for a no hassle experience and a superb product.

Seeing is believing and "seeing" the outcome of our dream pool/deck come to life was pure joy! We first met Curtis last Fall, as one of 3 companies we interviewed and were very impressed with his sincerity, competitive offering and willingness to over-impress. Now, our standards are very high and with high expectations we realized that we had the right guy to over-see and "manage" a tough project. Now, material is material; you can get that stuff anywhere - however, the key is the workmanship and integrity to make things right without excuses...again, we found the right guy! We waited ~5 months to write our comments because inevitably there is always things that need to be adjusted and it was important that we took the time to experience our "jewel" before commenting. Everything is as awesome now as when they completed the project! One story I will relay - at NO FAULT of Tropical Pools, we had a leak on the side of our pool. We thought that this was going to drain our kids college fund to fix - but when we explained the situation to Curtis, he said "you've got the right guy" - enough said. It was taken care of with his caring and conscientious team and to our delight, we can still send our kids to college :). In summary, we were very impressed and best of all, there were no excuses - the job was completed to OUR satisfaction. Again, we chose "the right guy"...

When undertaking a project as big as building a pool from scratch, we could only hope to survive the stress. Those feelings became totally unfounded from the moment of our first meeting with Ronnie Larson of Tropical. Every single step from that first meeting - design, scheduling, construction was stress free. Curtis Larson, who oversaw the build was always available for questions and followed up immediately on any changes that we may have thrown at him. Every single group that was involved - digging, shaping, pavers, stonework, pebbletec, whatever were prompt, friendly and great to work with. Tropical Pools and Pavers surrounds themselves with the most professional and courteous group of workers. I was always amazed at the speed that the various stages were completed and all were perfect. From the first shovel hitting the ground to our first swim and spa use was five weeks - amazing! A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Upon purchasing our home on the water – the pool/patio area was dull. Curtis & his professional team at Tropical Pools & Pavers transformed our pool/patio into a WOW. We now have a salt water pool & a new spa. The pool/spa has a beautiful ocean blue pebble tech with turtles inset on the steps & floor of the pool. The new pool tile & patio pavers are striking. We have really enjoyed the Jandy system – which allows us to control all the pool & spa amenities with the remote.
We now LOVE our home even more – thanks to everyone at Tropical Pool & Pavers for the quality work & your professional customer service.

"We wanted a pool. We got a work of art. That may sound like an exaggeration until you see our pool. For quite some time a pool seemed like a pipe dream. Four builders responded to our inquiries and all indications were the pool would remain a pipe dream. Then we met Ronnie. Less than 24 hours after giving him an extremely vague idea of what we wanted Ronnie had a complete design and price break down of every detail. The permit was issued late on a Thursday afternoon. First thing Friday morning, the Tropical Pools and Pavers crew started work. We were swimming three weeks later. We had our first official pool party this weekend and it was a huge hit. We enjoy our Tropical Pools and Pavers pool more than we ever could have imagined. Most importantly, it's refreshing to know there are professionals and craftsmen like Ronnie, Curtis, Larry and Laura. The quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. Thank you!"

Simply an amazing company! There really is little to say...in a good way! We spoke with 4 other pool companies and we were leaning toward not putting in a pool. We had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie and within a week signed a contract.
As stated there is little to say about this company except they are simply amazing. They are timely, neat, and professional.
It was simply a true pleasure to work with Ronnie and the entire staff.
It is so very refreshing in today's world to find a company as amazing as this one!

It is rare to find a company like Tropical Pools and Pavers – a company that backs up their promises and delivers a beautiful pool on-schedule. Throughout every phase of the construction, Curtis and the team consistently communicated each step of the project and kept me apprised of the progress. The Tropical Pools and Pavers team started construction on March 18th and completed the entire renovation by April 26th. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new investment, but we believe our grandchildren’s joy eclipses ours when they are playing in the new pool. When you are speaking with contractors about your new pool, we highly recommend Tropical Pools and Pavers as the right company that delivers on their promises.

Curtis and his staff were great. Curtis went above and beyond installing our beautiful pool. We needed several trees moved. We needed a huge outside kitchen moved, which weighed over a thousand pounds. Curtis was willing and able to assist with these needs. Every step of the way, Curtis was there to answer any questions and guide us when needed. I will be recommending Tropical Pools and Pavers to everyone I know that is interested in building a pool. If you do not use this company, you are making a big mistake. Great job. Thanks again Curtis.
